Between Normandy and the forest, the Résistants Runs and Trail in Manneville-sur-Risle offer a varied program for all levels: 4.5, 8, 10, 14 and 30 km, including an option adapted for para-sport, with a vibe of well-trained perseverance. Come run in the heart of a natural landscape, then extend the day by discovering Pont-Audemer and the Brotonne forest, or Jumièges and its abbey. Resisting also means enjoying a mini-getaway around the Risle.

And if you come as a duo or with a tribe, it’s a done deal: easy stroll along the Risle riverfront, a hot chocolate break in Pont-Audemer’s town center, or a quick detour to Honfleur to end the day in postcard mode… because resisting makes you hungry, but it also makes you want to soak it all in! 😋
