Les Foulées gauloises, c’est ton rendez-vous de marche à Puymiclan, en plein Lot-et-Garonne, là où la Nouvelle-Aquitaine sort le grand jeu côté nature 🌿.
Tu pars sur une boucle qui sent bon la forêt, avec ce petit côté aventure qui te donne l’impression d’être un Gaulois en mission… sans avoir besoin de porter un menhir 🏃♂️.
Deux formats, deux ambiances : 10 km pour te faire plaisir et profiter du décor, ou 20 km si tu veux te challenger, te vider la tête et rentrer avec une vraie fierté au fond des mollets ! 🏅
Et puis il y a le twist : l’esprit nocturne qui transforme les chemins en terrain de jeu, avec une atmosphère unique et un silence de forêt qui fait du bien… tu marches, tu respires, tu déconnectes 🌙.
Après l’effort, fais un tour à Marmande pour te balader, pousse jusqu’au Canal de Garonne pour une balade cool, va prendre l’air du côté de Casteljaloux (super idée en duo ou en famille), ou grimpe vers Duras pour son château et ses points de vue 🍷.
