Le Go Fest Beer Relay est un événement d'endurance par équipe qui se déroule à l'Elmwood Amphitheater, où des groupes de trois ou quatre participants (tous âgés de 21 ans ou plus) effectuent des tours de relais, chacun précédé de la consommation d'une boisson. Les équipes sont encouragées à porter des costumes créatifs sur le thème des héros, et des prix sont décernés aux meilleures tenues. Tous les participants doivent fournir une preuve d'âge, alterner les tours et respecter les consignes de l'événement, notamment ne pas jeter de déchets et se féliciter mutuellement après l'arrivée. L'inscription est obligatoire à l'avance, aucune inscription le jour même n'est acceptée, et un seul membre par équipe paie les frais d'inscription lors de la configuration de l'inscription.
