We’ve got the solution for you: the Frappadingue de la Palmyre! 🤪 You’ll get to experience an adventure full of laughter, madness, and solidarity in the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine ❤️, more precisely in the commune of Mathes 📍. You’ll need a strong heart to take on the many obstacles waiting for you 🧱, with the warm sun of the month of mai ☀️.
By the way, for this event you can go all-out with your outfit 👠, and what could be better than coming in disguise? 🥸 Run disguised as a tomato or Batman—has that always been your dream? 🤠 At finishers 💙, we’re doing everything we can to turn the wildest dreams into reality! 🧙 Honestly, the adventure of the Frappadingue offers two versions 🤞, and both are full of surprises! 🎁 The first format is the "S" of 6 km and 15 obstacles, a great warm-up, right? 🦵 Then, the second version, a little wilder, is the format "L" : 12 km and 40 obstacles, there’s plenty to do! 🥵 Among all the obstacles, you’ll find tall walls with nets to climb 🦥, large mud baths to make your skin silky smooth, and suspended ladders to fire up your arms 🔥. By the way, don’t wear clothes you don’t want to get dirty—this isn’t the day for that… 🧼 Also, another important detail, the organization of the Frappadingue thinks of everyone 🥹, even the youngest 🤏, who can take a run at the Frappajeune to imitate the big kids 🧒. This event promises a festive vibe built on teamwork, personal challenge, and plenty of laughter! 😁
