La Frost Meadows Run est une course hivernale sympa et pas trop compétitive qui se déroule dans la petite ville de Burg, au cœur de la région allemande du Spreewald. Ouverte à tous, peu importe ton âge ou ta forme physique, cette course te permet de découvrir la beauté tranquille des prairies gelées, des forêts paisibles et des célèbres cours d'eau du Spreewald pendant les mois les plus froids. Les coureurs, marcheurs et randonneurs peuvent choisir entre des distances de 5 km, 10 km et 16 km, avec la possibilité unique de partir individuellement ou en petits groupes dans des créneaux horaires désignés. Ce format décontracté permet à chacun de profiter du parcours à son rythme, que ce soit pour prendre l'air, faire de l'exercice en douceur ou simplement admirer le paysage hivernal enchanteur.
