La course GCR Thanksgiving est un événement annuel qui se déroule sur un parcours pittoresque dans le centre-ville de Naples. Ouverte aux marcheurs et aux coureurs, elle comprend une course principale et des courses gratuites pour les enfants (sans t-shirt). Tous les participants payants reçoivent un t-shirt et les médailles sont remises aux finisseurs. La course prévoit des récompenses par tranche d'âge et est organisée depuis Cambier Park. Elle soutient St. Matthew's House et un fonds de développement/bourse pour les jeunes. Les participants peuvent retirer leur dossard avant le jour de la course ou le matin même de l'événement. Le parcours reste ouvert pendant 90 minutes.
