🏃♂️ Laisse-toi tenter par le Girou Trail, une course à pied en pleine nature qui se déroulera à Giroussens dans le Tarn, en Occitanie ! 🌳 En solo ou en duo, viens relever le défi du 12 km, ou pousse tes limites avec le 22 km ! Si tu préfères une ambiance plus relax, il y a même une marche de 10 km non chronométrée pour profiter du paysage à ton rythme. Et pour les enfants et les juniors, ils ne sont pas oubliés avec des parcours spécialement pensés pour eux 👨👩👧👦.
Et après l'effort, le réconfort ! 🎉 Profite de ton séjour pour découvrir cette merveilleuse région qu'est l'Occitanie. Tu pourrais par exemple visiter la cité épiscopale d'Albi, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, à seulement 30 minutes en voiture de Giroussens. Tu pourrais également flâner dans les rues de la ville rose, Toulouse, qui se trouve à peine à une heure de route 🚗.
Enfin, pourquoi ne pas terminer cette belle journée par une dégustation de vins de Gaillac, à moins que tu ne préfères profiter de la quiétude du Canal du Midi ou du Lac de la Bancalié ? 🌅
