The Life Time Miami Marathon and Half is a gathering of a race just 5 km, a half-marathon and a marathon 🏃. The event takes place in Miami in Florida, USA, with the event located at the Bayfront Park, in a stunning setting with ocean views and a crossing on the MacArthur Causeway. 🌉​

The inaugural edition took place in 2002, and since then it has only grown in popularity. The 2021 edition brought together more than 25,000 athletes from 80 countries 🌎. This 5 km race runs from Watson Island to finish on the warm sands of Nikki Beach ⛱. Throughout the race, there is a breathtaking city view with a long crossing on the MacArthur Causeway above the water. If you fear you’ll be left wanting with the Tropical 5K, don’t worry—there’s the half-marathon. You’re set for 21 km of pleasure wandering through several spots of the Magic City 🌟. You’ll discover Miami’s architecture with a start and finish in the city center. This course will lift you up! Almost half of the course runs above the Biscayne Bay, above the water, the harbor, and boats 🚤. Finally, if you’re here for more than fun, there’s the marathon. You’re in for 42 km that stretch to the Coconut Grove neighborhood before looping along the harborfront 🥥. Just like the half-marathon, the marathon invites you to explore the city in iconic Miami hotspots such as Rickenbacker Causeway or around Little Havana. The marathon lets you delve into Miami’s urban-tropical side. 🏙️​
