Another race that will push you to the limit Dijon-ter! ⚡️

We’re taking you to Quetigny, in Côte-d'Or, in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, for an event that will make you fall in love with the pain (but the fun version, promise ☺️). The Hybrid Race lands in June for a day of pure madness where your muscles will discover sensations you didn’t even imagine 🧠. The concept? A duo format where you’ll run 8 km of running, interspersed with fitness stations that’ll sting a bit 🏋️‍♀️.

The setting? It’s your favorite sports retail temple: the Decathlon Dijon-Quetigny 🏟️. Fair warning, you’ll need to hold on 🥵. The Hybrid Race route won’t give you much respite. We’re starting with a total of 8 km of runningsplit into 1 km slices 🔪. Imagine: you run a kilometer, validate an exercise, head on 😨. You kick off with 1,000 m of SkiErg to warm up the shoulders, just to see if you’re ready for what’s next ❄️. Then the course takes you to more muscle-busting segments like the Sled Push and the Sled Pull over 50 m. You’ll also have to prove yourself on 80 m of Sandbag Lunges, with a sandbag on your back 🏖️. Once your legs look jelly-like, you’ll have just one final kilometer of running to reach the finish line as a champion 💪. It’s a demanding course but terribly rewardingto see the final arch! 🏆 As for the vibe, we’re not here to pick apart lentils, if you know what we mean 🤪. The route winds intelligently so the crowd can cheer you on at every pass, it’s incredibly motivating! 📣

And if the family comes along, don’t worry, they won’t get bored watching you sweat for hours 💦. Quetigny is right next to Dijon 📍. After the effort, swing by the Cité de la Gastronomie (to balance the calories burned 🤫) or lose yourself in the medieval streets in the city center 🏰. It’s the perfect moment to show off your fresh muscles by carrying the shopping bags around town (you’ll have trained with the Farmers Carry)! 🛍️
