Organisée au camping Indian Creek, la course emmène les participants à travers les divers écosystèmes de la chaîne Front Range du Colorado, notamment les forêts de pins de Murray et les bosquets de trembles. Le parcours met en valeur les couleurs changeantes de l'automne, des trembles dorés aux chênes rouges et aux herbes ambrées. Malgré sa proximité avec Denver, le sentier offre des vues panoramiques sur la ville, des formations rocheuses rouges et des aperçus des imposants sommets de plus de 4 000 mètres, offrant ainsi une expérience naturelle unique aux participants.
