Au programme: 1,9 km de natation, 90 km de vélo et 21,1 km de course, sur un parcours plat idéal pour les chasseurs de records malgré l’humidité et les bourrasques marines. Entouré par Moody Gardens, l’ambiance sudiste chaude motive chaque coup de pédale et chaque foulée.
On t'embarque dans l'immense État de l'étoile solitaire pour une aventure texane totalement hors norme 💛. Laisse les clichés au vestiaire, ta vraie monture du jour sera un vélo.
Le grand rendez-vous est fixé sur la célèbre côte du golfe du Mexique. C'est plus précisément sur la presqu'île de Galveston au Texas que la magie opère. C'est au tout début du mois d'avril que tu vas affronter le fameux format Half Ironman sous le soleil du sud 😉. Au menu de ce véritable rodéo sportif, tu devras enchaîner 1.9 km de natation, 90 km de vélo et un bon vieux semi-marathon de 21.1 km en course à pied 🥵. L'ambiance générale s'annonce bouillante, avec une ferveur typiquement sudiste et démesurée ! 🥳 Prépare-toi à transpirer à grosses gouttes en affrontant la redoutable humidité texane. Il faudra aussi gérer intelligemment les fameuses bourrasques de vent marin en provenance directe du Golfe.
