Sois roi, cours la forêt : le Běhej lesy Karlštejn est un trail tchèque qui se court à une demi-heure de Prague, au pied d'un château gothique de conte de fées 🏰. Son clou du spectacle : la Velká Amerika, un canyon calcaire interdit au public le reste de l'année, dont les parois ocre tombent sur un lac turquoise 🏞️. Quatre distances composent le menu, du run caritatif de 6 km à l'extra-longue de 30 km classée UTMB Index 🏃. Le rendez-vous fait partie des fondateurs du circuit Běhej lesy, lancé en 2015, qui aligne aujourd'hui huit étapes et entame sa douzième saison 📅. Karlštejn en reste la pierre angulaire, avec près de deux mille coureurs et un complet des mois à l'avance 🎟️. Le tracé, casse-pattes, traverse forêt, cascades et un chêne de 350 ans avant la bascule finale 🌳. L'organisation soigne l'écologie : gobelets réutilisables, médailles en cellulose et un arbre planté par coureur ♻️. Le lac de la Velká Amerika a même servi de décor au western parodique Limonádový Joe 🤠. Aux alentours, Karlštejn, Prague et le pont Charles prolongent le week-end 🌉. Et pour récupérer, rien de tel que des knedlíky au goulash arrosés d'une Kofola 🍽️.
