Le Kiné Trail du Pilat, c’est l’occasion parfaite de te faire plaisir sur un trail 100% nature au départ de Le Chambon-Feugerolles, dans la Loire 🌲. Entre forêts, sentiers joueurs et reliefs du Pilat, tu viens chercher du flow… et tu repars avec des jambes bien vivantes !
Trois formats pour te mettre dans ta bonne zone d’effort 🏃♂️. Le 7,5 km pour envoyer en mode tempo et travailler la relance, le 15,5 km pour un trail “plaisir-perf” avec une gestion cardio propre, et le 21 km pour te tester sur une vraie sortie longue, gestion d’allure, nutrition et mental compris ! 💪
