In this 100% nature trail starting from Chambon-Feugerolles, Kiné Trail du Pilat takes you through the forests and paths of Pilat with a focus on flow and legs that feel alive. Three formats adapt to your level: 7.5 km in tempo mode, 15.5 km "pleasure-performance" and 21 km for a true long run with pace management and nutrition.
