KolmårdsRundan HöstTrail est une course de trail qui se déroule dans les forêts de Kvarsebo, sur un terrain technique, des sentiers accidentés, des chemins forestiers et des crêtes rocheuses. Le parcours comprend notamment une section le long de la crête escarpée de Kvarseboklint, qui passe par la gorge de « Skrevan » et offre une vue imprenable sur Bråviken. L'événement s'adresse aux coureurs de trail de tous niveaux, avec des itinéraires clairement balisés et des points de ravitaillement proposant de l'eau et des boissons énergétiques. Tous les participants qui terminent la course reçoivent une médaille et une soupe végétarienne à Klintvallen. L'événement est réputé pour ses ascensions difficiles, ses paysages spectaculaires et ses vues panoramiques.
