Amateur de défis sportifs ? 💪 Lance-toi dans le Trail du Moucherotte ! 🏃♂️ Située à Saint-Nizier-du-Moucherotte, en plein cœur de l'Isère, cette course offre un cadre spectaculaire entre montagne, nature et falaises. En plus, c'est l'occasion de découvrir cette région fascinante d'Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, réputée pour ses panoramas à couper le souffle.
Le Trail du Moucherotte ne se contente pas d'un seul parcours, mais te propose quatre défis différents à relever 😎. Pour les amateurs de verticalité, l’Ascension Olympique te fera grimper 300 mètres en un temps record. Si tu es plutôt un coureur de fond, choisis parmi les trails de 13 km, 25 km ou 43 km ! Et pour les plus jeunes, un parcours enfants & juniors est également prévu. En bref, pas le temps de s'ennuyer !
Mais ce n'est pas tout ! Après la course, profite du magnifique décor de la région pour te détendre et te ressourcer. A moins d'une heure de route, tu peux découvrir la charmante ville de Grenoble avec son téléphérique et ses musées passionnants. Si tu es plutôt nature, les superbes lacs de Monteynard et de Paladru t'accueilleront pour une baignade méritée ou une balade en canoë. Et si tu aimes les sensations fortes, pourquoi ne pas essayer le parapente à Lans-en-Vercors ? 🪂
