Découvrez une course au cœur de Roztocze à Susiec, où les sentiers forestiers et les gorges bordant la rivière Tanew offrent un cadre sauvage et rafraîchissant avec les Szumy et cascades naturelles. Au programme, une course principale de 10 km et un parcours marche nordique, suivi d’un moment de détente en mode slow life près de la réserve naturelle de la Tanew.
Le parcours te plonge en plein cœur de la région de Roztocze, où les sentiers forestiers, le sable mou et l'odeur des pins remplacent le bitume. L'attraction phare (et ton plus grand défi !) réside dans les sections qui longent les gorges de la rivière Tanew. Là-bas, tu seras accompagné par le son apaisant des fameux Szumy, de magnifiques petites cascades d'eau naturelles 🌲. Avec une course principale de 10 km et un parcours plus court dédié à la marche nordique, c'est l'événement parfait pour un week-end actif au grand air 🏃♂️.
Après avoir tout donné sur les sentiers, la région t'invite à récupérer dans une ambiance 100 % slow life :
Réserve naturelle de la Tanew : Une fois la ligne franchie, va te balader (plus lentement, cette fois !) sur le sentier pédagogique des Szumy. C'est l'un des plus beaux endroits de Pologne, et c'est surtout le spot idéal pour tremper et rafraîchir tes jambes dans l'eau claire et bien fraîche de la rivière 🌊.
Palais Łosiów à Narol : Visite ce superbe complexe baroque (palais et parc) qui retrouve aujourd'hui sa splendeur d'antan et bat au rythme de la vie culturelle locale 🏛️.
Tour d'observation à Susiec: : Grimpe au sommet de la colline de Grabowica. De là-haut, tu auras droit à une vue panoramique incroyable sur les champs vallonnés et les forêts verdoyantes de la Roztocze centrale 🔭.
