The meetup is set near the La Plagne station area, between the towns of La Plagne Tarentaise and Mâcot-La-Plagne for a very special race: the 6000D by Dare2B. At altitude, high in the mountains facing the stunning glacier de La Plagne, aim for the gold 🥇! Under the spotlight during bobsleigh and luge events of the Winter Olympics in Albertville 1992, this station is certainly one of the top destinations for athletes who enjoy mountain sports 🏔️. La Plagne hosts eleven village resorts, a true paradise for winter skiers ⛷️ and for summer hikers 🚶. It also proudly holds several labels: Tourist Town, Large Domaine Station, New Gliding Station, Village Station, Family Plus Mountain but also Nordic Station 🤯. No fear of freezing your bones 🥶, the race runs in late July under a vast blue sky and under a radiant sun 🌞. What are you waiting for to see life in white? 😉

The Trail 6000D by Dare2B will be your Olympic Games 😎. In solo or in relay, you’ll face a challenge of a positive elevation gain of 3 400 m over a total distance of 69 km. Nothing is impossible when breathtaking landscapes line your path! 🤩 And if you’re really chilly, you can bring two teammates for a 3-person relay! 🤝 This course takes you from the village of Aime-la-Plagne in the valley, to the summit of the Bellecôte Glacier 🗻 rising to 3 047 m above sea level ⬆️. During your effort, you’ll pass through the renowned Grande Plagne, then glide through the heart of Montchavin-les-Côches forest 🌲, finishing closest to the Isère. Before reaching the highest point at the top of the La Plagne glacier, you’ll traverse a high-caliber marked course, at 95% on trails and paths. But if you’re feeling a bit less warm and, despite summer, you’re chilled 🙄, other races are on the program such as "La 6D Marathon by Dare2B" of 43 km with 2 100 m positive elevation, "La 6D Lacs by Dare2B" : 30 km and 1 500 mD+, "La 6D Crêtes by Dare2B" from 21 km and 1 300 mD+, "La 6 Découverte by Dare2B" from 11 km with 600 mD+ and finally "La 6D Foulée by Dare2B" of 5 km and 250 mD+. If with all that you can’t find your happiness, we don’t understand 😅. Oh and for the younger ones "La 6D Kid's by Dare2B" (a loop from 500 to 1000 m). If all these events have whetted your appetite, the "6 Défi by Dare2B" lets you run 3 races over a weekend ("6D Marathon", "6D Lacs", "6D Crêtes") to accumulate 94 km and 4 900 mD+... And head back knowing La Plagne like the back of your hand! 😂

You’ll be able to recover from your exploits with the many mountain specialties, you know them by ❤️ : croziflette, raclette, diots in red wine... Yes, there’s no season for belly-warming dishes! 🤤 To digest, what could be better than a sun-soaked nap? 🤪 Enjoy the mountain air to recharge before returning to the city routine 🪫, there’s nothing quite like it to recover from such a race! 🏃 If you still have some energy, try other adrenaline-pumping activities like the rafting or canyoning 😝. To end your stay, go higher 📈 and tackle the many via ferrata in the area or take to the skies with a paragliding 🪂 to soar over the Tarentaise and relive your race from above! 🗺️
