À Bohars, La Boharsienne est un rendez-vous running où l’on vient pour courir et repartir avec un bon bol de Bretagne dans les poumons. Trois formats s’offrent à vous : 5 km pour l’ambiance, 10–11 km pour le format parfaitement dosé, ou 20 km pour une vraie histoire où les gestes et le sourire gagnent. Après l’effort, direction Brest et le Port de Commerce, les Ateliers des Capucins ou Océanopolis pour prolonger le plaisir en famille ou entre amis.
La Boharsienne, c’est le genre de rendez-vous où tu viens pour courir… et tu repars avec un bon bol de Bretagne dans les poumons 🏃♂️.
À Bohars, tu joues sur deux tableaux : un départ au cœur de la vie locale, puis très vite la nature reprend la main, comme si la campagne te disait “viens, on sort de la ville” 🌿.
Tu choisis ton plaisir : 5 km pour te faire un grand shoot d’ambiance, 10–11 km pour le format “parfaitement dosé”, ou 20 km pour te raconter une vraie histoire, celle où les jambes négocient et le sourire gagne quand même 🗺️.
Et après l’effort, tu fais durer le plaisir à deux pas : cap sur Brest pour te balader au Port de Commerce, prendre l’air aux Ateliers des Capucins, ou aller saluer l’océan à Océanopolis (top en famille) 🐟.
Si tu veux finir en mode carte postale, pousse jusqu’au Phare du Petit Minou pour une balade au grand air, ou reste tranquille autour de Bohars pour un verre en terrasse et refaire la course virage par virage, parce que oui, tu l’auras méritée ! 😄
