La Caropolitaine, c’est ton rendez-vous à Villiers-Charlemagne, en Mayenne, au cœur des Pays de la Loire ✅.
Au programme : un parcours d’environ 20 km qui te fait alterner passages boisés, chemins tranquilles et petites relances ludiques, juste ce qu’il faut pour te sentir vivant du départ à l’arrivée 🌲.
Ici, on vient pour se faire plaisir, se challenger à sa façon, et repartir avec les mollets contents et la tête vide… enfin pleine de beaux souvenirs 😉.
Après l’effort : file te balader le long de la Mayenne sur le halage, direction Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, c’est tout proche et ça déroule tout seul 🗺️.
Fais un détour par le centre de Château-Gontier pour te balader au bord de l’eau, puis mets le cap sur le Refuge de l’Arche si tu viens en famille (ou si tu assumes ton côté grand enfant) 🦒.
Si tu veux prolonger en mode “carbo” mais avec style, pousse jusqu’à Laval pour une balade autour du Château de Laval et des quais, parfait pour finir la journée en douceur… 🌅
Tu viens pour courir en pleine nature, tu repars avec une mini-escapade mayennaise dans la poche : Caropo… et toi, tu fais équipe ? 🏁
