In the historic setting of Gisors, in Normandy (Eure), the Smile Run offers two on-road formats: 5 km and 10 km, with one or two loops for a mid-June start. The event champions sociability and the joy of the gesture, around the medieval townscape and a 100% road route that leads to the Château de Gisors. After crossing the finish line, enjoy the Ept canals and Norman flavors, smiles guaranteed.
Let’s not kid ourselves: running with a smile, is still nicer than looking grumpy at every step from the 2nd kilometer! 🤪
Welcome to The Smile Run! 😃 We’re taking you into the Eure, in the heart of the Normandy, specifically in Gisors, for a lighthearted event, far from the pressure of coastal big races 🤓. It’s the perfect chance to show that your calves have as much zing as your determination. It’s at the mid-June that the start will be given 🏁.
On the agenda, two formats to suit every wish, from the runner lining up their first bib to the chasing a new time ⏱️: a 10 km and a 5 km
Participating in The Smile Run, it’s giving yourself a sporty break for a weekend! But it’s also a chance to discover a new place 🤗. Once you cross the finish line, you can enjoy the city parks for an active recovery or a family stroll along the canals of Épt 🌳. Exploring the capital of Vexin Normand it’s also about trying Norman specialties: Isigny butter, Camembert, black pudding tart with apples 🍎 or Norman flan... You’ll head home with a smile on your lips! 😋
