Starting from Sébazac-Concourès, near Rodez, the detox of the Causse takes you along the tracks of the Causse, between forests and wide open air. Choose your dose with 3, 5, 11, 12 or 18 km, for a friendly outing that’s accessible for family or friends. A wild and revitalizing ‘detox’ experience, before extending your escape to the Aubrac or the center of Rodez and its discoveries.
La détox du Causse, that’s your nature shot a stone's throw from Rodez, starting from Sébazac-Concourès, on the Causse trails between forests and wide open air 🌲.
Here, you don't have to go far to feel transported: you alternate between woodland, moss-scented trails, and openings onto the Aveyron that remind you why you came 🗺️.
You choose your dose: 3 km to get started, 5 km for families, then 11 km, 12 km or 18 km (yes, you might see double, but we promise it's for fun) 🥾.
The vibe is simple: friendly, accessible, and a touch “wild,” giving you the feeling of a true pause… a detox without green juice, just paths that do you good 🍃.
