Tu viens pour te faire plaisir, pas pour te prendre la tête : une marche familiale pour profiter et papoter, puis des formats 9 km (parfait pour se lâcher sans se cramer) et 15 km (pour aller chercher un peu plus loin… et un peu plus haut dans le kiff) 🏃♂️.

Et si tu veux finir la journée en mode douceur : petite promenade le long de la Mayenne, pause en terrasse dans le centre de Château-Gontier, ou coucher de soleil au calme sur les chemins autour du village… tu verras, ça fait redescendre aussi bien que n’importe quelle médaille 🌅.
