No worries, choose among 5, 8, 10 (two starts) or 13 km to find your pace. After the effort, head to Lesneven, Ménéham, Brignogan-Plages or Brest and l’Océanopolis for a full day of relaxation.

You choose your format depending on your mood of the day: 5 km for a chill outing, 8 km to loosen up properly, 10 km (two starts/variants, perfect if you’re coming with friends) to find your pace, or 13 km for a real beautiful forest circuit 🥾.
And after the effort, it’s time for fun within reach: take a stroll toward Lesneven to wander around town, head to the harbor of Ménéham in Kerlouan for a breathe of iodized air, detour through Brignogan-Plages to walk on the sand and watch the sea, or head to Brest for an outing at the Oceanopolis if you’re coming with family 🌊.
