A totally crazy new race takes over Trélissac with two options: 5-6 km and 10-12 km. For the 6 km, 15 obstacles await you: mud pools, ladders, monkey bars, nets and tunnels. The 12 km offers 30 obstacles and a experience mixing fun and personal challenge, all without timing and in a group, with the possibility to dress up.
A totally crazy new race is now on your calendar! You already know the Frappadingues series, but do you know Frappadingue Trélissac? Ah, curiosity sparked? Trélissac is a commune in Périgueux, in the Périgord! You’ll need a brave heart and fast legs to take on the traditional obstacles of this race 🪜. Their motto is "obstacles, challenges, friends, fun"—you feel what I mean? 😉 The Frappadingue, it’s an organization with more than 70 events under its belt 🤠, with them you’re sure to get top-notch organization 🧅.
You’ll have a choice between two challenge types: 5 to 6 km or 10 to 12 km. For the 6 km, you’ll tackle 15 obstacles 🤸. And don’t think they’re cute little obstacles... 🥹 Expect big muddy pools 🟤, ladder sections, monkey bridges 🐒, nets to climb 🥅, tunnels to pass... ⚠️ It’s starting to get quite a challenge, isn’t it? 😎 For the bravest, there’s the big brother, a 12 km course with its wonderful 30 obstacles 🥳. This race is the best way to mix fun with personal bests! 💥 Plus, you can run with a group 👯♂️, you’ll get double the motivation and amazing memories with those you cherish ♥️. And if you’ve always dreamed of running in a costume, now’s your chance 🧛—the prettiest costumes are welcome... ✔️ The cherry on top is that at the Frappadingue Trélissac 🌈, there’s no clock-watching; the main goal is to finish (in style)! 👄
