La Gambade Escalaise vous invite à courir à L’Escale, au cœur des Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, entre nature, forêt et montagne avec un parfum de Provence. Choisissez entre 5 km pour en profiter sans vous épuiser ou 10 km pour atteindre un vrai moment “wahou” dans les reliefs du coin. À l’arrivée, détendez-vous près de la Durance, ou prolongez l’exploration jusqu’à Château-Arnoux–Saint-Auban, Sisteron et sa Citadelle.
La Gambade Escalaise, c’est le genre de rendez-vous où tu viens pour courir… et tu repars avec des souvenirs plein les jambes 🏞️.
Ici, à L’Escale, au cœur des Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, tu alternes entre nature, forêt et montagne, avec ce petit parfum de Provence qui te donne l’impression de t’évader à deux pas de la ligne de départ 🌲.
Tu as le choix entre deux formats : le 5 km pour te faire plaisir sans te cramer (parfait si tu veux garder du jus pour l’après), ou le 10 km pour prolonger la balade et aller chercher un vrai moment “wahou” dans les reliefs du coin ⛰️.
Après l’arrivée, ne file pas tout de suite : à moins de quelques minutes, tu peux aller te poser au bord de la Durance pour un retour au calme au son de l’eau, faire un détour par Château-Arnoux–Saint-Auban juste à côté pour prolonger la sortie en mode découverte, ou pousser jusqu’à Sisteron et sa Citadelle pour la touche “carte postale” qui se mérite. Et si tu veux finir en douceur, une terrasse dans le coin au soleil de la région, ça se refuse vraiment…? 🍹
