Southeast of Paris is where you’re invited to head to the unmissable competition in the Val-de-Marne! La Maisonnaise, organized by the Maisons-Alfort Athletics Club, once again invites you to participate in a Premium 🏆 event. Yes indeed! The 2 events offered have been meticulously prepared to closely match runners’ expectations: varied distances and flat courses 👟. So, which will you choose between the 10 km and the half marathon? 🤔 In addition, the races are officially certified! 🏅 After the great success in previous years, the "popular race" returns in 2027! A race to do either running or walking, for adults and kids alike! 👍 It’s a 1.67 km loop you can do up to 3 times 💨 for a total of 5 km. This distance is festive, so bring family, go solo or come with friends! 👫 We even encourage costumes for extra fun 🤹‍♂️.

If you need reassurance, know that no matter how far you run, you’ll be satisfied! 🫶 The passion and professionalism of the members of the city’s athletics club have paid off: you have the opportunity to choose the distance closest to your level or your desires and turn it into a true challenge 💪. Bring your watch and come smash your stats! With almost no elevation, the races are ideal for your best performances! ⌚ Some small uphill sections are noted, but they don’t affect the pace. And since every effort deserves a reward, the organizers offer generous prize money for the top 5 in the 21 and 10 km... Your move if you want to go for the big prize 🤑. This year again, the race is a charity event. In partnership with CAMI Sport & Cancer, an organization that develops therapeutic physical activity programs to help reduce treatment side effects for cancer 💛. By participating in one of the labeled races (10 & 21 km), you donate 1€ to this charity 💌. If you join the 1.67 km loop, 50 cents per lap is donated (which gives you a good reason to do 3 🤫). In total, the organization raises between 4 000 and 5 000 € for the charity they support, not bad right? 💪

You know the event is perfect for performance... But you still need to know what you’ll see! The starting lines are on Avenue du Général Leclerc, the Maisonnaise version of the Champs-Élysées ⭐. While the races mostly take place in the city, they offer several frames and atmospheres... Indeed, once you’re off, you’ll run along the banks of the Marne 🌊 to form a loop along the south bank of the river. The locals will be thrilled to learn: Maisons-Alfort offers a lush, bucolic landscape! 🌳
