In the heart of Marseille, this 5 km women's race blends solidarity, sport, and celebration under the sunshine of the Bouches-du-Rhône. The course starts from Parc Borély with activities to bring together participants and their loved ones. Driven by the goal of equality and the fight against women's cancers, it partners with the Fondation pour la Recherche médicale and Amnesty International to advance women's rights.

Solidarity and selflessness are key right in the heart of Marseille. You’ll never be happier than gathering with other women to share a unique moment under the sun of the Bouches-du-Rhône ☀️ in May. This race aims to put equality between men and women at the center of attention. Bah yes, we’re in the 21st century after all 😇. The route of this road race in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur unfolds over 5 kilometers, to allow as many participants as possible to join. The more, the merrier 😄. Your race will feel more like a big party than a real physical ordeal as you try to burn a few calories. From your start in the Parc Borély by the sea, you’ll find on your way many activities, really blending usefulness with pleasure. 🌊
The commitment and well-being of women are the main priorities for the organizers of this event. Commit, share, take care of yourself but not only: you’ll mainly have to work up a sweat for a good cause! You’ll run to fight against female cancers and advance women’s rights. The Marseillaise des femmes is in partnership both with the Foundation for Medical Research and Amnesty International. By giving of yourself, you’ll contribute your footprint to getting rid of breast cancer and you’ll be a flag bearer in the fight for women’s rights and freedoms.
