HOP HOP HOP, we’ll stop you right away, no frills no fuss given the lineup—you’ve got options and not just a little 📋. Between trail, MTB or both: Bike & Run, timed or not, in electric or tough, the hardest part will be choosing the best option 🚴. Wild and rugged, we’re talking about the Ardèche trails that will surprise you—not the boar you might encounter 🐗. This two-day adventure, two consecutive days will immerse you in demanding paths 😰, but with stunning panoramas 🤩. Now, let us introduce this madness:

On Saturday, 5 MTB races and 1 VT'Trail will take place 🗓️. Those ready to set an incredible clock-time will be thrilled as the day starts with them ⏱️. 3 timed races will start 🏁, with 41 km and 1 400mD+, this course will offer two different formats. First: the "Néandertal VAE", yes, we’re not at the Tour de France 🚲, electric bikes are allowed! 😁 So the lie stays at home and everyone will own up to a little help under the hood 😉. A few minutes later, the "Néandertal musculaire" will start, behind their peers 👌. And since the kids always want to do like grown-ups, they’ll also have their own courses 🚴. The "VT’Trail enfants" will offer them different programs and they’ll tackle a trail and MTB! 🏃‍♀️ Now for the fun lovers, who will have 3 non-timed events, with a VTT or a VAE 🧘‍♀️. The "Néandertale exigeante" will open the day, with the same 41 km and 1 400 mD+, but in a chill version 🧚. Then comes the "Néandertal Medium", offering 34 km with 1 000 mD+. The day ends with the "Néandertal découverte" for 20 km of running and 500 mD+ 📈.

On Sunday, no rest or lie-ins, but brand new challenges 🔥. At 8:30 in the morning, the trail of 27 km will start. With 1 100mD+ this race will be a great wake-up to finish the week ✨. In addition to being the weekend’s flagship event, it’s a qualifying race for the UTMB® Index 20K, the class! 😎 Otherwise you can extend your sleep and start a bit later for 11 km and 400 mD+ 💥. We end with a well-rounded concept: the "VT’Trail Adults". It offers you to do 10 km of running on 400 mD+ and then 17 km of MTB on 400 mD+ as well 🚵‍♀️. And for more fun you can also do this format as a pair! 👯
