With iconic routes, the GranFondo Colnago Mont Ventoux repeats 🙌. The Giant of Provence, the star of the race, invites you to enjoy its paths and stunning landscapes 💐. One thing’s for sure, you’ll surely find a distance you like, because we’re offering you both fun and a challenge 💪. Between vineyards and mountains, starting from Vaison-la-Romaine, there will be 3 gravel races and 3 cyclosportives 🥾. All happening in June, under the beautiful Provençal sun, in the PACA region in the south of Vaucluse ☀️. Pack your things but not too much; they’re going all out for the gifts: jerseys are offered, energy boost ⚡️ and top-notch refueling, the luckyyy ! 🎁

A hike, a weekend, in the sun, on your Gravel: PERFECT. All that’s left is to decide whether your race on gravel will be shorter or longer 📏. Come on, let’s go crescendo, first: 47 km and 855 mD+. “La virade romaine” has no summit in sight, but rather the Vines AOC Ventoux 🍇, accompanied by the region’s charming villages typical of the area. Next, we present “Braquet and Dentelles AOC Ventoux.” 78 km to cross the Dentelles du Massif and the Comtat plain 🏞️, for a route with 1 610 mD+. Then, we break the 100 and 2 000, for103 km and 2 000 mD+, with not too many jokes… 😬 “The grande escapade AOC Ventoux” will give you a wonderful discovery of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Drôme plains ✨.

There are others who’ll joke more for the rest and will race the clock ⏱️. This time we start with the longest distance: 135 km and 3 200 mD+, you were warned we don’t joke around anymore 🙂‍↕️. “The Granfondo,” as you’ve guessed, will go on the legendary Mont Ventoux climb 🗻. Hats off in advance to all who finish it, because it will be a legendary effort 🤩. “The mediofondo” will also take you to the summit of Ventouxbut from the Sault side ➡️. The ascent is more accessible, but still very demanding for a course of 106 km and 2 600 mD+ ⚠️. We wrap up the time-trial courses with “the Picolofondo,” a route of 80 km and 2 135 mD+ 📈. Just like the previous race, the climb will go through Sault, aiming to reach the summit of the Mont Ventoux ⭐️.

Riding a bike in the region is a revelation, yes, but not enough 🚴 and given the surroundings you’ll only want to: extend this weekend and explore the region, as it should 🤌. There are many villages and they’ll make you dream of this Provencal life 🌷. You know, the one where you have a beautiful stone house with the sound of cicadas in the background 🦗. Vaison-la-Romaine, Séguret, Malaucène… If you pass by the real estate agencies 🏢, you’ll take a peek at properties for sale 👀. Nature walks are also ideal to enjoy 🤩. You’ll find lavender fields to the horizon 🪻 and panoramas ranging from plains to mountains. Since this region thinks of everything, it also has delicious cuisine tarpin good 👌.
