Le Last Rider est l'épreuve ultime de l'endurance physique et de la force mentale, conçue pour les athlètes qui excellent sous pression. Chaque participant se bat pour rester dans la course, car un seul d'entre eux ira jusqu'au bout. Le parcours vous met au défi avec une boucle de 16 km et environ 490 mètres de dénivelé positif par tour. Chaque tour recommence toutes les heures, et vous devez terminer en moins de 60 minutes pour éviter l'élimination. Si vous dépassez le temps limite, vous êtes éliminé. La compétition ne s'arrête pas tant qu'il ne reste qu'un seul athlète : le dernier coureur en lice.
