Le semi-marathon de Laus conduit les coureurs au cœur de Lodi avec une course certifiée de 21,097 km de niveau national Bronze. Partant de la Piazza Castello et de la Piazza della Vittoria, le parcours alterne des tronçons rapides et des décors historiques, ce qui en fait un choix attrayant tant pour les athlètes de compétition que pour les coureurs amateurs. Outre le semi-marathon, le programme comprend deux options non compétitives : une course de 10,1 km et une autre de 5,2 km, ouvertes aux groupes et aux individus. Chaque participant qui termine la course reçoit une médaille inspirée du patrimoine de la ville, mettant en valeur la Porta Cremona, la seule porte encore debout des anciens remparts de Lodi, qui rappelle son passé commercial. Au-delà du sport, l'événement soutient des causes locales, avec une collecte de fonds dédiée aux projets du Comité UNICEF de Lodi et de la Fondazione Veronesi.
