La course de 18 miles propose un parcours exigeant qui commence entre Roosevelt et Pershing Avenue à Holgate et s'étend jusqu'au Barnegat Lighthouse Park. Les athlètes pourront profiter d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan tout au long de la course, avec plusieurs points de ravitaillement, une surveillance attentive du parcours et un itinéraire clairement balisé, conçu pour offrir un maximum de performances et de sécurité. Pour les concurrents qui souhaitent relever un défi de moyenne distance, la course de 12 km (environ 7,5 miles) constitue une excellente opportunité. Cette course alternative commence à la même ligne de départ et se termine au St. Francis Community Center. Un soutien solide est prévu : des points d'eau, une gestion sécurisée du parcours et les encouragements énergiques de la foule poussent chaque athlète vers la ligne d'arrivée.
