In Saint‑Grégoire, near Rennes, join a charity race open to everyone in January. Two road formats: 7.5 km reserved for women and 10 km for the general public, with a simple, flat course in two laps leading to the COSEC, marked and encouraged by spectators. On-site nursery and a warm atmosphere for a shared moment of sport and solidarity benefiting local associations.

Set off to discover this event with its many charitable values in Saint-Grégoire just 15 minutes from Rennes. In January you can take part in one of the two road races offered. Have you said Grégoire? No, the Grégorienne Grand-Quartier! It’s 7.5 km exclusively for women. You can also run the 10 km of Danaut for everyone, and therefore open to you too, sir, even if your name isn’t Grégoire 😉. Children are also invited, so if yours are full of energy, it’s the perfect occasion to join in.
Born in 1995, this charity race supports associations with Breton-sounding names: Ya thi breizh, Les marcels à Plescop and Haroz. With more than 3,000 runners or walkers, your goal is to push yourself to support humanitarian intervention in Senegal, aid research for men's cancers, or help hospitalized children meet their superheroes. 🤝
Thanks to a flat and simple route, you can perform or simply challenge yourself with a sporty and charitable goal. You’ll cross the city on two laps up to the finish at COSEC (a city gym 💪). And to top it all off, the routes are marked for the event and spectators will be there to cheer, sing, and shout throughout your effort 🎤. By the way, this race travels beyond the 35, since on average 1 participant out of 4 comes from another department! It’s the perfect moment to go at it with family or friends for the Metropolitans of Saint-Grégoire for a moment of sharing.
You can feel the motivation in the air! And a nice plus: the organizers provide a daycare for kids so you can truly enjoy your run or walk 👶, that’s cool. You can also take the opportunity to explore the lovely town of Becherel, just a stone’s throw away, known for its literature. Let us know how it goes. 👌
