The Treg Ennedi Trail offers a 5-day running adventure in the Ennedi-Ouest desert, Chad, with 50 to 200 km self-supported and non-stop or in stages. Le Treg Ennedi Trail is more than just a running event. If you’re a runner seeking adrenaline and breathtaking landscapes 🏜️, this experience is for you: a program of 5 days in the desert to cover between 50 km and 200 km nonstop or in stages 😱.
For this 8th edition, we’re taking you into the incredible terrain of the Ennedi-West Province in the Chad. Don’t worry, it’s no mirage! 🏝️ Here reigns the desert 🐪, the sand and the heat 🌞. But there are also unusual places, which will surely surprise you.
This event is especially aimed at runners looking to push themselves: in autonomy, you’ll tackle one of the two offered formats (nonstop or in stages), in January ❄️. Whether you choose to run 50 km, 100 km or even 200 km, this experience will push you physically and mentally! 💪 Whatever distance you aim for, get ready to be wowed! 👀
And since a race wouldn’t be complete without proper recovery, you can take time to explore the region after the race during your visit to Chad and discover this unique region. You can also stroll through the stunning Archeï Canyons, a true wonder of nature 😍. For those seeking a bit of calm after the effort, a nap under the famous Acacia Parasols will do the trick.
