La Saint Ju'Trail

For its 8th edition, La Saint Ju'Trail returns in April to set the mood 🔥 in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, at Saint-Julien, in the heart of the Rhône. It’s in the Beaujolais, famous for its grape 🍇 (and the drink that comes from it 🍷), that you’ll craft your epic on one of the authentic trails laid out by Les Raisins du Trail ! 🥰 This group of running enthusiasts aims to offer you a friendly 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and entertaining event at the heart 💚 of their native lands 📍. This trail is sure to delight a broad audience, beginners as amateurs 😎, little ones 🐭 as well as big ones 🦒

Several events will be offered: 4 trail courses 👟, a Nordic walk 🥾 and a kids’ race 🧒. As you were told, there’ll be something for every taste ! 🤓 And because the organizers are little jokers 😂, all events have a wine-related name 🥂. After all, with such vineyard terrains you can’t help but feel patriotic about your terroir! But back to matters—trails,, sorry 😅. Saint Ju'Trail can take you far or near ➡️ and high or low ⬆️ depending on your wishes and level! 😜 The most challenging route, with the pretty name "Le Caveau", features no less than 68 km and 3 300 mD+ 🤯. If you want a serious challenge but not ultra-trail, you can join the long trail of 39 km and 2 000 mD+ 😶. Your calves will already have a mind of their own just reading it 🤣. Its name "Le Tonneau" (not about you 👀), this course will be built of 90% trails, the sole consolation in this story! We’re joking of course, because to ease your legs 🦵 and your cardio 💓, you can call on a friend 📞 (as you would for Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? 🤑) and run in a mixed duo 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 or women-only 👩. The event "Le Magnum" 🍾 can also be run by two! Indeed, a magnum is a lot to finish solo 🙃. This course will accumulate 19 km and 800 mD+ and will offer terrain with technical trails (not such a gift after all 🤔). The real gifts will be ITRA points : 3 for the 68 km, 2 for "Le Tonneau" and 1 for "Le Magnum". For the rest of the routes, expect something a bit shorter! "Le Pot" will take you through 13 km and climb 570 mD+, but the terrain will be fairly smooth 🏎️. A great first trail experience awaits you 🫡. If you prefer walking, a 10 km Nordic walk 🚶, of the same name, will also be held and will follow the same trails as the 13 km. It will just be a bit shorter 😲 (3 km and 250 mD+ less). We’ll only talk about trails and paths, because the routes remain secret until race day! 🤫

And because good news never comes alone, the little wolves 🐺 will also not be left out this year. A children’s course of 660 m and 5 mD+ will poke its head out 👃 to truly delight everyone 👌. No pressure for the little ones, no stopwatch but lots of fun 🎉.

As you’ve gathered, the volunteers will set the vibe all day! 🤗 In addition, they carry big hearts 🫶 and support the association "Y’a plus K" ☀️, a group that helps include children in as many places as possible by funding meaningful projects. For every bib purchased, €2 will be donated. So there are only good reasons to come participate in the Saint Ju'Trail ! 😍
