Le Trail des Fouées à Rou-Marson te propose des parcours 4 km, 9 km ou 18 km à travers ombres, verts et jolies perspectives du Saumurois. Après l’arrivée, profite des environs : Saumur, le Château de Saumur, l’Abbaye de Fontevraud et les troglodytes, puis une fin de journée au coucher du soleil près de la Loire.
