Si tu veux un trail qui sent bon la nature, la forêt et les châteaux, Le Trail des Fouées à Rou-Marson, c’est pile ta fournée 🥖.
Ici, tu viens pour te faire plaisir sur des chemins qui alternent coins ombragés, respirations au vert et jolies perspectives du Saumurois, avec ce petit goût d’aventure « pas loin, mais dépaysant » 🌿.
Tu choisis ta dose : 4 km pour te lancer sans te cramer, 9 km pour te challenger tout en gardant le sourire, ou 18 km pour aller chercher le grand bol d’air et les beaux passages en forêt 🏃.

Et si tu viens en duo ou en famille, termine la journée par une promenade tranquille au coucher du soleil près de la Loire, puis un verre en terrasse à Saumur—histoire de raconter tes meilleurs moments sans faire le château sur le chrono… 😄
