Le Leeds Abbey Dash est l'un des événements de course à pied les plus emblématiques de la ville, désormais géré par Run For All. Créé il y a près de 40 ans, ce 10 km plat et rapide s'est forgé une réputation comme l'un des meilleurs parcours du Royaume-Uni pour battre ses records personnels. Le parcours traverse le cœur de Leeds, passe par l'abbaye historique de Kirkstall avant de se terminer dans le centre-ville, sous les acclamations d'une foule enthousiaste. Chaque coureur reçoit un chronométrage à puce, une médaille de finisseur et un sac cadeau, avec la possibilité de précommander un t-shirt de finisseur et un iTAB. Age UK reste le principal partenaire caritatif, avec des efforts de collecte de fonds pour soutenir des initiatives en faveur des personnes âgées.
