In Komańcza, at the heart of Subcarpathia in Poland, adventure invites you to push through a forest that whispers “one more kilometer” and to traverse soft and wild mountains. The flexible format offers 30, 70, 100, or 150 km to write your personal chapter, between promontories and fragrant clearings. After the effort, explore the Bieszczady National Park, Sanok, and Lake Solina for a memorable duo or family relaxation.
If you’re after an adventure where the forest whispers “one more kilometer,” welcome to Komańcza, in the heart of the Subcarpathia in Poland 🌲.
Here, you run through soft and wild mountains with ridgelines stretching like promises, clearings smelling of resin, and that rare quiet that puts you in your own bubble ⛰️.
The format is up to you: 30 for a quick tasty run, 70 for a proper getaway, 100 for writing a chapter, and 150 to basically sign the novel (Lemko, Lemko… you’ll end up speaking “Lemkowyna” fluently)! 😉
Locally, a tip: save a little energy to lift your head, because the landscapes often race with you, and they usually win 🧭.
After the effort, stay in the area and enjoy: breathe at the Bieszczady National Park, take a break at Sanok (its castle and museum are worth a visit), head to the Solina Lake for a stroll by the water, or settle by Cisna for a peaceful mountain vibe ⭐.
