Direction Haute-Goulaine in Loire-Atlantique, come experience a nature race along the paths, through woods, and the reflections of water from lakes and ponds. Choose 5, 8, 10, 20 or 30 km for a challenge tailored to you, and also offer a children’s race for the little ones. After crossing the finish line, extend the experience with the Château de Goulaine, the Lac de Grand-Lieu, or a stroll in Nantes and its Machines.
In the Footsteps of the Marsh, you come for nature and leave with memories stuffed in your shoes… without overthinking it 🌿.

You choose your format: 5 km for a feel-good run, 8 or 10 km to challenge yourself just right, 20 for a proper big day out, and 30 km if you want to “marais-ter” the day like a pro… or a proess! 🥾
And if you come with friends, there’s also a kids’ race : perfect for turning the wait into a mini-adventure and everyone leaves with a banana 🎈.
After crossing the finish, extend the fun without adding miles: head to the Château de Goulaine (just a stone’s throw), a stroll by the Lac de Grand-Lieu to soak in the views, a detour to Nantes to ramble on the Île de Nantes and its Machines, or a pause at the Vignoble nantais toward Clisson for a well-earned terrace 🍷.
