Hey there, have you geared up for your upcoming race? We hope so, because the Foulées Hesdinoises are coming in hot ⚡️. In April, the town of Hesdin-la-Forêt is lining up an event that blends city and nature 🌳. It’s a quick mental link—you’ll know it’s going to be a beautiful immersion into the countryside at the heart of the 7 Valleys Community of Communes! You’ll be expected in Hauts-de-France, aka the mother region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais. They’ve lined up legendary race distances for you: 5 km, 10 km and 21 km. You just need to pick the one that suits you best, and onwards Guingamp ! 🎉

3 kid races are planned, so no one’s left out, for a successful family weekend ✅. 2 km, 1 km or 500 m, the bar is set and all that’s left is to sprint the little ones 🧒. Now let’s get serious, you’re a big shot now, so you’re skipping the kids’ races 🧒. For your race: typical Northern infrastructure, alleyways just for you, and an atmosphere insane 😜. The running is something to celebrate and so is this race. Whether you’re aiming to smash your PR, to challenge yourself or just to enjoy, the distances are perfect. 21 km, a half-marathon at a relaxed pace, that will make you sweat. Roaming through the streets and surrounding trails, pride will be at the finish line 🏁. If you pace yourself, the 10 km is a perfect distance to explore the town and its surroundings. We end with 5 km, not a step more or less for a quick and efficient 👌.

The North, it’s not the first place that comes to mind for seaside vacations, we’ll admit. But, think again—the 7 Valleys are full of charming, typical spots! Don’t hesitate to visit the magnificent bell tower of Hesdin as well as its royal forest for a relaxed stroll 🌲. If you have a penchant for history (or you’re just curious!), we strongly recommend the historic site of the Battle of Agincourt, which took place in 1415!
