Les parcours sont très praticables mais exigeants, mêlant chemins forestiers, anciennes routes forestières, pistes de jeep et sentiers techniques à voie unique. Attendez-vous à des montées et des descentes difficiles, notamment des sommets tels que le Blouberg (~810 m) et l'Elandsrivierberg (~1 000 m) avec ses faux sommets notoires.
