LöpRallarn est une course de trail à Bottnaryd, conçue pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux, des jeunes coureurs aux athlètes expérimentés. Les distances varient de 400 mètres à 15 km. Les parcours plus courts pour les enfants sont situés à proximité du terrain de sport, tandis que les parcours principaux emmènent les coureurs dans les forêts et les zones lacustres environnantes.
Le circuit de 7,5 km passe par Rävlen et Kyrkesjön avant de rejoindre l'ancienne voie ferrée à Bottnaryd, puis continue après la zone de baignade et revient au terrain de sport pour l'arrivée ou le comptage des tours. Des points de ravitaillement sont situés à 3,5 km et au point de tour. Les participants qui terminent la course sont accueillis avec des rafraîchissements, et les jeunes participants reçoivent des médailles. Les installations sur place comprennent des vestiaires, des douches et un espace de restauration proposant des fika traditionnels suédois.
