If you don’t know what an Ekiden, here’s a quick catch-up. On marathon distance, six runners from the same team must tag off with a 5km-10km-5km-10km-5km-7.195km sequence. The Ekiden also exists in a half-marathon format. The advantage is that the distances are suitable for all levels and physical conditions. It’s also the perfect moment to challenge friends, family, and even coworkers in a team-building setting.Team building. Thus, your program includes notably the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadéro, the bridge des Invalides where you’ll cross the Seine, the Quai d'Orsay as well as the famous Orsay museum 🖼️, the Champ de Mars and its lawns.
