The Tucson Marathon invites you to run the roads that cross the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, near the Biosphere 2 glasshouses and along the Santa Catalina Mountain range. Ideal winter weather conditions, starting at 5° and reaching 18° in the final kilometers. In addition to the marathon, a half-marathon and a Marathon relay are offered to vary the formats. Tucson awaits you with enthusiasm and sneakers ready.
The Tucson Marathon Tucson is a calendar-worthy stop on your US road racing itinerary 📅. In a setting worthy of classic Westerns, you’ll kick off on the road that crosses the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, passing by the surreal greenhouses of the Biosphere 2 (an ecological research zone) and along the stunning Santa Catalina Mountain range of Santa Catalina 🏜.
No worries about winter temps, they’ll hover between 5° at the start and 18° for the final kilometers, making for ideal marathon conditions 🤠.
Beyond the iconic 42.195 km distance, a half marathon and a relay marathon are also on offer.
