Do you like having options to really sweat it out? 👀 The event, sponsored by the country’s most-read newspaper, has scheduled no fewer than 16 events in total 🤯: a 20 km trail, a 10 km Nature, a long 7 km cross, and a 5 km short cross. Ladies, your moment has arrived! 🙋‍♀️ A 5 km race is specially reserved for you 👑. And that’s not all because there’s something for everyone, the organizers also offer a wheelchair race 👨‍🦽, two Nordic walks of 13 km and 7 km, a canicross 🐶 and kids' courses! 🧒 And for parents wanting to have fun with their little ones, the "Family Loop" of 2.5 km will be the perfect race to leave with a smiling face and memories to last a lifetime! 🥰 On the event headline: conviviality, performance, and... a warm jacket to throw on after the race! 🧥 But as with Finishers we always see the bright side: the cooler temps will give you a little burst to start! ⚡️ Be careful not to skip the warm-up! 😅

Runners love The Cross Ouest France for the quality of the courses offered ! 😎 A success that’s never been in doubt since its creation in 1981, the year of Mitterrand's election... that doesn’t make us younger! 😂 And no hard feelings between macadam junkies and nature lovers, even though it’s always a pleasure to run in fresh air 💨. You’ll pass through the Bois de l’Epau, among big winter trees 🌲, but also across fields and through meadows (watch out for mud if the weather’s tricky 🐽). This cross is pure happiness, a return to the roots of a demanding but incredibly fun discipline! 🤪 Also, if you’re feeling tired, a fanfare will be there to energize your run and pace your strides 🥁.
