Typically, participants tackle a distance of 10 or 5 km, making it a race accessible to everyone—from professionals chasing fractions of a second to families with kids who want to actively celebrate this exceptional day.

Feel the spirit of community: the moment the anthem is sung at the start, when hundreds of runners stand shoulder to shoulder, it’s a goosebump moment even before the first step 🎶.

Ducal Castle of Pomerania: Renaissance residence of the former Gryphon dynasty. It’s worth stepping into the courtyards, seeing the Clock Tower and the Bell Tower, from which you get a superb panorama of the city.
