Créées en 2008, les Medoc Trail Races sont des courses de trail organisées dans le Medoc Mountain State Park à Hollister, en Caroline du Nord, et destinées aux coureurs. Organisées par quatre membres du Rocky Mount Endurance Club, elles comprennent deux courses qui partent et arrivent au même endroit, où les coureurs traversent des sentiers boisés et profitent de vues panoramiques. Le parcours traverse des paysages naturels, notamment des cours d'eau et des collines. Les participants reçoivent un t-shirt technique à manches longues, une médaille personnalisée et plein de surprises. L'événement met l'accent sur une expérience unique grâce à une équipe de bénévoles dévoués, et vise à s'améliorer chaque année en tenant compte des commentaires des coureurs.
