About this event

Get ready for one of the world’s most extraordinary running experiences: the Suzuki Midnight Sun Run in Reykjavik takes place around the summer solstice, under a sky that never fully darkens and where the horizon is painted in violet, pink, and gold. Choose from the half marathon (21.097 km), a fast 10K, and a 5K leisure run on a flat course winding through the Laugardalur valley, with an arrival right beside the large geothermal swimming complex and a free entry pass to the hot springs included. After the race, extend the experience by exploring the city and its surroundings, from Sun Voyager to Hallgrímskirkja, and fully enjoy the unique ambience of the midnight sun.
