Mondial des énergies vertes Running

We all love nature, the mountains, the great outdoors… 😍 But to enjoy all that, we have to protect the environment. The Mondial Running des Énergies Renouvelables, it’s the perfect moment to run cleanly ✅. In October, join us in the heart of Vaucluse, in Sablet, a small perched village 📍. This event is reserved for colleagues from companies involved in renewable energy ♻️.

You’ll find yourself between the Dentelles de Montmirail and the legendary Mont Ventoux ⛰️. It’s there, amidst the vineyards and the chirping cicadas (or almost), that the second edition of the Mondial Running des Énergies Renouvelables 🌬️. The upside is that it’s a human-scaled event with routes of 6 km and 12 km, mapped through thyme-scented trails and among the vineyards 🍇. At noon, you’ll even get a Pasta-Party 🍝, included in your registration, to recharge your batteries 🪫. A relay version is also offered in the afternoon: 4 runners (including at least one woman 🧍‍♀️) will start on a 1 km loop at the heart of Sablet. And for companies looking to prove they’ve got energy to spare ⚡️, you can enter multiple teams! And then? Podiums, a festive evening with DJ set, tastings... all in a Provençal vibe 🌸. This race will also have a charitable dimension 🫶. You probably know that October is the month of the breast cancer awareness. The event will contribute to this essential cause, if that’s not lovely 🙌. And then... Sablet, it’s a little paradise. The village’ s special feature is its circular shape 🌀: its alleys spiral around its church and it’s simply SPLENDID 🤩. You can relax there with a drink (with moderation ⚠️) Côtes du Rhône wines, to swoon over 🤤. Speaking of which, the organization will host a "Wine Route" to discover local cellars the day after the race 🍷.

And after your effort? You can’t leave the region without a stop at Vaison-la-Romaine, nearby, to dive into history between antique remains and colorful markets 🍅. You can also visit the Barroux Castle or the beautiful town of Orange and its ancient theatre 🏛️. Or you can climb a bit higher and admire the Mont Ventoux, a Provence giant, just for the pleasure of the eyes 👀. And if you really need to recover, the Vaucluse gastronomy is so rich you won’t know where to start 😵‍💫. Between the Daube Avignonnaise, the rabbit civet, the aioli and the crespeou, you’ll definitely want to come back 😇.
