Le Monson Memorial Classic est une course sur route créée en mémoire des sœurs Kelly Waldron et Kathy Waldron Perry, décédées d'un cancer. Les bénéfices ont toujours été reversés à des associations caritatives liées au cancer et soutiennent actuellement Griffin's Friends, une organisation à but non lucratif qui aide les enfants atteints de cancer et leurs familles. L'événement comprend un semi-marathon et une course de 5 km, avec chronométrage par puce, animations après la course et médailles pour les participants.
